A lifelong resident of Carrollton, BJ Hill serves as Director of Client Relations at Garrett & Robinson. She brings warmth, dedication, and over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry to her role. Known for her ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships, BJ is passionate about delivering attentive, personalized service that makes clients feel like family.
BJ began her career at J. Smith Lanier, a firm later acquired by Marsh McLennan Agency, where she spent an impressive 34 years establishing herself as a trusted and dependable advisor. Her career has been marked by a commitment to excellence in client service and a deep knowledge of the insurance landscape, which continues to benefit Garrett & Robinson clients today. Her reputation for integrity and care made her a natural fit for the firm’s client-focused mission.
A proud graduate of Mt. Zion High School’s Class of 1995, BJ remains deeply connected to the Carrollton community that has shaped her life. Whether in the office or the community, she is driven by a sincere desire to help others and foster genuine connections.
Outside of work, BJ cherishes time spent with her family. She and her husband, Brad, are proud parents to daughter Carley, who is currently pursuing cosmetology studies at West Georgia Technical College, Cade, a lineman with Mas-Tec, and Raven, owner of Goldie Flower Haus in downtown Carrollton. BJ beams when she talks about her four grandchildren—Hollis, Goldie, Amelia, and Boone—whom she lovingly calls “the most perfect grandbabies.”
BJ also enjoys the outdoors and looks forward to deer season each fall, but she’s happiest in any setting where her family is close by. Her deep local roots, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to others make her a valued Garrett & Robinson team member and a familiar, trusted face to clients throughout the region.
