- Joe has more than ten years of experience in the financial investment industry. He holds Series 7, 63, 65 and 24 registrations with LPL Financial. His Series 24 registration, General Securities Principal, allows him to supervise other financial professionals. Additionally, Joe specializes in insurance planning and risk management. As one of the Chief Investment Strategists for Garrett & Robinson, he brings his unparalleled knowledge of all facets of financial planning to the forefront. His expertise in Retirement Planning, Asset Management, Estate Planning, and Financial Planning provide clients, both individuals and businesses, with a sound and thoughtful future.
- Joe, a husband and father of four boys, is a dedicated family man who's active in his community and enjoys serving several local and national charities and nonprofit organizations, both as part of the mission at Garrett & Robinson and on his own. While at the University of Georgia in the 1980s, he held leadership positions and continues to be active in the University of Georgia Alumni Association. He's a past president of the Carroll County Sertoma Club, an organization that provides outreach to local charities and an annual Drug Awareness Day that teaches the area's fourth graders about the dangers of drugs. Joe's also an active member of St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, where he serves as a Lay Reader and outreach volunteer. He's also a member and past Board of Director of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, and he currently serves as a Commissioner for the Carrollton City Planning and Zoning Commission.
- Joe's family has been serving the financial needs of citizens in the West Georgia area for more than 50 years. His father, Jimmy Garrett, recently retired from a 50-year career as one of the founders of Carroll County's largest CPA firms, Garrett, Stephens, Thomas and Fazio.
- Joe's goal for Garrett & Robinson is to provide world class service and results through vision and experience while building trusting personal relationships with his clients.

- With 17 years in the investment industry, Clay's experience includes wealth management for successful executives, business owners and affluent individuals. Clay began his career as an investment representative with Interstate/Johnson Lane, where he remained for several years. Before forming Garrett & Robinson, he took over the investment program for Synovous Securities at CB&T Bank in Carrollton, Ga., which he built into a successful practice and managed for almost 12 years.

As one of the Chief Strategists for Garrett & Robinson, he brings his consummate expertise of technical analysis to all facets of the investment management process.
- A lifelong resident of Carrollton, Clay attended Oak Mountain Academy, Carrollton High School, and graduated from Darlington School in Rome. Clay went on to graduate with a BA in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia.
- Clay is married to the former Rachael Lyon and has 2 daughters, Addie (10) and Lilly (7). Clay and his family are active members of the Carrollton First United Methodist Church where he is the chairman of the Finance Committee. Additionally, Clay is an active member of the Carrollton Rotary Club.
- When not working, you can find Clay fishing, hunting, wood-working, or coaching one of the many Garrett & Robinson sponsored recreation teams.
